To have (get) butterflies in your stomach means to feel very nervous about doing something.
For example, before taking a job interview you might feel nervous and say, “I have butterflies in my stomach.” A student who always feels nervous about giving an oral presentation to his classmates gets butterflies in his stomach.

For WordNet online, you can only search synonym, but you can find synonyms,antonyms,derivationally related forms,hypernyms,hyponyms,domain,etc using the standalone software.
